Design your PCB in 3D and find how it fits into the enclosure
I was playing with SketchUp freeware 3D modeller from Google. I wanted to do a simple sketch to visualize some mounting concept with LCD and another board.
Because in the SketchUp there's slightly different approach how to create models, I had to watch some video tutorials. When I was done, I was thinking that maybe someone's is using this application for rendering their devices instead of PovRay and eagle export script. I was right. Eagle'up can export your PCB to the SketchUp application. I haven't time to try it now but I hope that it can do what it says :)
You can use SketchUp to visualize how big is your board and if the shape of it fits inside the enclosure.
